Laura is a versatile dance artist and dedicated teacher with a rich background spanning classical ballet, contemporary dance, and aerial performance. Trained in the Cecchetti method with additional pre-professional and tertiary studies at The Perth School of Ballet and WAAPA, Laura combines strong technical foundations with a deep curiosity for movement exploration.
Her performance career has included work with Tasdance, Tasdance, WAAPA productions, independent choreographers, and international secondments across Europe in 2024. Alongside ballet and contemporary repertoire, Laura’s experience extends to improvisation, contact work, dance theatre, and somatic practices including Feldenkrais and Body-Mind Centering - all of which inform her thoughtful, body-aware teaching style.
Laura is passionate about creating inclusive, encouraging class environments where adult dancers can build strength, confidence, and artistry at any stage of their training. Her classes blend clear technical guidance with musicality, expression, and a genuine love of movement.
“Ballet is for every body — my goal is to help each dancer discover strength, confidence, and joy in their own movement.”
