BOOKING POLICIES

Bookings open up 4-10 weeks in advance for all classes, and can be made via the website, the Pointe Nation App, or the Hapana Online Portal.

CLASS SCHEDULE

class Capacities

Our priority is to ensure quality of service and deliver individual attention in a safe working environment. Therefore we have restricted class sizes of only 18 students per class, and 10 students per Foundations class.

 

Late Cancel & no Show Fees

Class bookings can be freely cancelled prior to 9 hours of the start time for all classes and private lessons.

A “late cancel” is when you cancel your class booking within 9 hours for any class or private lesson. There is an automatic dedication of 1 credit, or a 50% fee for private lessons. A “no-show” is when you do not attend your class and neglect to cancel.

We understand that unavoidable circumstances occur from time to time and members are granted 1 free late cancel or no show per month.

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

WaitList & Booking Requests

If a class is fully booked you have the option to join the waitlist.

From the waitlist you can be added into a class at anytime of day, up to 30 minutes before class start. If you are opted in to receive the waitlist notifications, you will receive an email or text to confirm if you would like to join the class. A response is taken as acceptance by our system.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND opting in to notifications to avoid unwanted bookings and subsequent late cancel or no show fees.

EMAILS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Let our system support you in managing your bookings!

Head to your ballet account on a desktop computer and select your account icon in the top right hand corner. By selecting "Full Dashboard" in the dropdown menu you will be able to see your attendance history, future bookings, packages and update your information.

We can update your information either next time you are in the studio, or contact us via email or phone to do it now.
