If you wish to pause your Auto-Debit Membership payments, kindly complete the request form provided below.

Please be aware that suspensions are available in weekly blocks only. Regrettably, we are unable to backdate requests or process them on the same day. Your suspension request will be diligently processed within 5 business days, and a confirmation will be promptly sent to you via email.

As an auto-debit member, you have the option to suspend your membership for a maximum duration of ten weeks per year. For detailed information on our suspension policy, please refer to the membership terms and conditions available at: pointenation.com.au/membership-terms-conditions

Please note that suspensions, extensions, or transfers are not applicable to Casual Classes, Class Packages, or Intro Offer Memberships.
