  • Any fitness or active wear you are most comfortable in ie. Leggings/shorts and a T-shirt are great! Skirts welcome.

Layering clothes is best for the colder seasons - despite our studios being perfectly air conditioned for all-year-round comfort.

  • Ladies - Up off the face, a pony tail or pinned back. No buns required, however highly recommended for those triple pirouettes!

Men - Relaxed. Man-buns for those with longer locks.

    Minimal to no jewellery.

  • Drink bottle and sweat towel are best companions for a ballet class.

Please arrive 10-15 mins early to dress and warm up. Your teacher will show you around the studio HQ and teach you some cool stretches!

If you are late you may not be able to enter due to your own safety. A ballet class starts slowly and physically progressive for the body to warm up.

  • Absolute beginner, FOUNDATIONS is perfect for you. Register here.

Returning to ballet but it’s been a few years, Level 1 is perfect for you.

If you have danced ballet in the last few years and are confident in what to expect but don’t want anything too crazy, go for the L2. You will get lots of lovely steps and improve on your technique.

If you know the drill, L3 or higher.

Fouettés you ask? L4 is for challenges and professional ballet dancers.
